Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting LG Web Design. This privacy policy describes what data I collect, and how it's used. All data is stored securely in our office and on password protected devices/sites/cloud storage, and I do not share your personal data with third parties, except where stated below.

  1. I collect personal data such as name, email address and phone number when you contact me using my contact form. I use this data to respond to your message.
  2. I collect personal data such as name, address, email address and phone number, when booking a face-to-face consultation. I use this data to send you confirmation of our appointment, attend your physical address and communicate with you.
  3. I collect personal data such as name, email address and phone number when providing a quote via email or phone. I use this data to send you your quote or communicate with you regarding your requirements.
  4. I collection personal data such as email address and password for social media accounts when connecting accounts to your Squarespace website, and if you have purchased my social media marketing service.
  5. I collection personal data such as email address and password for domain providers if you request assistance connecting/transferring your domain(s).

  8. If you become a client your personal data will be stored indefinitely, otherwise your data will be deleted within 90 days, or when requested.
  9. If you become a client your name and email address with be manually subscribed to my MailChimp newsletter to receive news and updates.   10. If you become a client and purchase a custom form, all personal data submitted by users of those forms will be stored on my Cognito Forms account, to which I have access to all data submitted.   11. I publish your name and business name on my website if you send me a testimonial.

Cookie Policy

Analytics: I use Squarespace Analytics & Google Analytics cookies to help me understand how visitors engage with my website and collect information relating to number of visits to my website, what pages are visited, the duration of a visitor's stay, and where the visitor originated from (i.e. search engine, direct visit etc) and so on. All the information collected is completely anonymous and no personal data is collected. 

Social Sharing & Liking: I use cookies to allow you to share content directly on social networking/sharing sites like Facebook, Twitter or Google+, and to enable simply liking of projects in my portfolio.
